Yes, our calls are a connected consumer at the time they call into our Call Center qualified and vetted for intent and qualifications by our agent and then hot transferred to you. Our Agent will introduce the potential home seller to you live and in realtime. You will also receive the home seller profile details in realtime in both an email and in your Campaign Manager CRM.

By purchasing calls through BOOSTzer Campaign Manager, buyer expressly authorizes BOOSTzer to charge the one-time fee shown at checkout for Billable Inbound Call Qualified and Vetted Calls.
Definition of a Billable Call
A Billable Inbound Call Qualified and Vetted Call is defined as a consumer-initiated inbound telephone call received by the BOOSTzer Call Center Intake Team and successfully completed through BOOSTzer’s qualification process.
During each inbound call, a BOOSTzer intake agent conducts a structured qualification process consisting of numerous questions designed to verify the consumer’s intent, eligibility, and relevance to the buyer’s stated criteria.
Call Qualification, Transfer, and Delivery
Upon successful qualification, the BOOSTzer intake agent will initiate a hot call transfer to the buyer using the telephone number provided by the buyer in the Campaign Manager system and will formally introduce the consumer to the buyer.
Upon successful qualification, the call shall be deemed fully delivered and billable regardless of whether the buyer answers the call, speaks with the consumer, or otherwise engages in direct contact. Buyer availability is solely the buyer’s responsibility and does not impact call billability.
If the buyer does not answer the call or is unavailable, the BOOSTzer agent may leave a voicemail when possible. In all cases, all data and information collected, including consumer contact details, qualification responses, and call metadata, will be delivered to the buyer via email and uploaded to the buyer’s Campaign Manager account.
Completion of the qualification process and initiation of the hot call transfer constitutes full performance and delivery of a billable and payable Inbound Call Qualified and Vetted Call.
Billing Authorization and Payment Processing
By completing a purchase, the buyer authorizes BOOSTzer and its payment processors to charge the designated payment method for all applicable fees. The buyer acknowledges that call delivery is a digital service rendered upon qualification and transfer initiation and therefore not subject to cancellation once delivery has occurred.
BOOSTzer’s records, call logs, timestamps, qualification data, and Campaign Manager delivery confirmations shall constitute conclusive evidence of call delivery for billing and dispute purposes.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Dispute Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued except at BOOSTzer’s sole discretion and only in cases of verified non-delivery.
The buyer agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for calls that have been successfully qualified and delivered as defined herein. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of the buyer’s account and forfeiture of any remaining calls or balances.
In the event of a payment dispute, the buyer agrees that BOOSTzer may submit call recordings, system logs, qualification data, delivery records, and these Terms of Service as evidence to the payment processor or financial institution.
Applicable taxes, fees, or governmental assessments will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

Each call record includes all of the key questions captured during the intake call, such as:
  • Caller name and best contact phone number
  • Email address
  • Property address (street, city, state, zip)
  • Property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, etc.)
  • Whether or not the property has been listed for sale
  • How soon they are looking to sell
  • Reason or motivation for selling
  • Current occupancy and property condition details
  • Any notes or special instructions shared with the intake agent
A Consumer Inbound Call Qualified/Vetted Call starts with a consumer calling into the BOOSTzer Call Center. Our intake agent asks a series of questions to verify intent and qualifications before the opportunity is passed to you as a billable call.
A Hot Transfer is a live transfer where a BOOSTzer agent connects a qualified consumer directly to your phone and introduces the caller while everyone is on the line, so you start the conversation hot instead of cold.
A Billable Inbound Qualified/Vetted Call is charged when a potential home seller calls our BOOSTzer Intake Call Center and speaks to a BOOSTzer agent. During the call, the agent conducts a structured intake to confirm the caller's identity, motivation, and key property details.
Upon completing the intake, the agent performs a Hot Transfer to the phone number you have provided. Once the Hot Transfer is initiated and the consumer is connected to you, you are responsible for answering and working the opportunity.
If you are unavailable, the agent may leave a voicemail and will upload the full intake notes, call details, and consumer responses directly to your Campaign Manager account.
Once the qualification process and transfer attempt are completed, the lead is considered delivered, billable, and non-refundable.
Our standard policy is that completed Billable Inbound Call Qualified/Vetted Calls are non‑refundable. In rare cases of clear errors (for example, wrong number or obvious spam), please contact support@boostzer.com within 3 business days so our team can review the call recording and notes.
